Private Dublin Walking Tours
I'm a born & bred Dubliner and these are the walking tours that I've created to show you the best of Dublin. This is local Dublin away from the typical tourist spots.
Most tours stick to a fixed route and a memorized speech. Mine don’t. We walk, we chat. It feels more like meeting a local friend than being marched around by a guide.
You’ll learn the history, including my “3,000 years of Irish history in 3 minutes”, but you’ll also learn about modern Ireland including why you probably arrived on an Irish owned planes, what Irish license plates tell you about our economy and why my dad is banned for life from Ireland's native sport.
All tours are private and approx. 2-2.5 hours long.
The JetLag Tour
My most popular tour and the smartest way to start your trip.
You land early.
Your room isn’t ready.
You’re exhausted but excited.

Stops on the Jet Lag Tour
Instead of killing time in a coffee shop, we meet at your hotel after you’ve dropped your bags and head out for a relaxed private walk through Dublin City.
You’ll see the key sights, my favorite locals only spots, and plenty of coffee shops.
It’s the perfect thing after a long flight, fresh air, gentle walk & the buzz of the city By the time you check in, you’ll already feel like you already know Dublin.

Coastal Dublin Tours
Most visitors never leave the city centre. That’s a mistake.
Just 30 minutes from Dublin by local DART train, the city changes completely. Cliffs. Sea air. Local villages. This is the Dublin most visitors never see.
The following tours are all in coastal Dublin
The Vista Tour
The Most Scenic Walk in Dublin

We walk from Dalkey to Killiney, through Dublin’s wealthiest villages, and take in the same panoramic views that Bono and his neighbours pay millions for. From a 14th-century castle to Dalkey Island, Killiney Bay, and the historic Vico Baths, this is coastal Dublin like few tourists see.
This is my personal favorite and where I bring friends who come to visit.
Highlights:
- Dalkey Village: Foodie village complete with a castle
- Dalkey Island: An ancient island 300 meters from shore
- Killiney Bay: Sorrento Bay level views and luxury homes
- Vico Baths: historic seawater swimming spot

- Seaside Villages: Walk through some of Dublin's nicest coastal villages.

The Cliffs Walk in Howth
Scenic photos & dramatic views

Howth Cliff Walk Tour
No need to drive hours to see cliffs. They're right here in Dublin. They're famous for a reason. I live very close and these cliffs are my backyard. I'll show them to you like a local. Finish your tour with fish & chips straight from the trawler.
Highlights:
- The Howth Cliff Walk: Walk along cliff edges with views over the Irish Sea
- St Mary's Abbey: 14th century church ruins overlooking the harbour
- Howth Fishing Village: Sea lions, sea gulls and seafood
